Our Cantilever Nine-Axis Intelligent Workstation is an all-round solution designed for heavy-duty components requiring height or depth processing. It integrates the independently developed GBOS intelligent operating system, eliminating the need for teach programming, and supports one-click start and visual interaction mode for convenient and efficient operation. Its core nine-axis cantilever walking axis significantly enhances the adaptability of workpieces in length, width, and height directions, compatible with the adaptability of ground rail, seven-axis cantilever, and eight-axis cantilever workstations. The system is deeply integrated with welding processes, accurately positioning component welds through the vision system. Based on the acquired weld coordinate information, it calls the Gongbu welding expert library to automatically generate welding programs and execute welding. For fillet welds, vertical fillet welds, and multi-layer multi-pass welds of arbitrarily placed workpieces, it can achieve precise and rapid welding without programming, teaching, or graphic import. It is also equipped with auxiliary functions such as arc tracking and automatic torch cleaning, supporting long-term continuous operation. The workstation can be flexibly deployed; a single unit can meet the welding, cutting, and grinding needs of mechanical equipment, internal partitions of bridges and ships, box structures, etc. When two sets of equipment are combined and placed side by side along the length direction, the working area is approximately 13000*3000mm, the 1.5Z standard model can adapt to a structural height of 1.8 meters, and the processing range can be further expanded by increasing the size of each axis, with an overall footprint of approximately 14000*7000mm. When placed side by side along the width direction, the working area is approximately 6000*3000mm, with an overall footprint of approximately 7000*14000mm. It is particularly suitable for the welding production of medium-assembly structures of ships and bridges, and mechanical equipment workpieces with height. With high adaptability, intelligence, and stable continuous operation capability, it provides strong support for your heavy component processing.
