Our cantilever eight-axis intelligent workstation is an efficient solution designed for welding, cutting and grinding of medium and large steel structures. It integrates the independently developed GBOS intelligent operating system, which requires no teaching programming, supports one-click start and visual interaction mode, and is easy and efficient to operate. Its eight-axis cantilever walking axis design significantly improves the adaptability of workpieces in length and width directions, is compatible with the adaptability of ground rails and seven-axis cantilever workstations, and especially enhances the processing capacity in the width direction. The system is deeply integrated with welding processes. The visual system accurately locates the welds of components, and calls the Gongbu welding expert database based on the obtained weld coordinate information to automatically generate and execute welding programs. For flat fillet welds, vertical fillet welds, and multi-layer multi-pass welds of arbitrarily placed workpieces, it can achieve precise and rapid welding without programming, teaching, or graphic import. It is also equipped with auxiliary functions such as arc tracking and automatic gun cleaning to support long-term continuous operation. A single workstation can complete the welding, cutting and grinding of steel structure beams, steel columns, equipment platform beams, equipment brackets, box columns, and bridge and ship plate units with a width of less than 3 meters. If two sets of equipment are combined, when placed side by side along the length direction, the working area is approximately 12000×3500mm, and the overall floor area is approximately 13000×7000mm; when placed side by side along the width direction, the working area is approximately 6000×3500mm, and the overall floor area is approximately 7000×13000mm. It is especially suitable for the welding production of workpieces such as bridge and ship plate unit structures, providing reliable guarantee for your medium and large component processing with high adaptability, intelligence and stable continuous operation capability.
