Ground Rail Intelligent Workstation

Our ground rail intelligent workstation is an efficient solution for long weld and large steel structure processing. It integrates the independently developed GBOS intelligent operating system, eliminating the need for complex teaching programming and lowering the operation threshold. Both sides of the rail can be used as workstations, and the ground rail traveling axis significantly improves the adaptability in the length direction of the workpiece. The robot can work in conjunction with the ground rail to complete long weld welding in one go, resulting in higher welding efficiency. Each set of workstation standard configuration includes an arc welding robot, ground rail traveling mechanism, welding power supply, welding torch and water cooling system, vision system, and intelligent welding system. The ground rail length is 12 meters, supporting X-direction displacement, and is equipped with ground rails, rack and pinion, and linear guides in all directions. The workstation has a Y-direction operating range of 1.5 meters on each left and right side, and the X-direction operating range can be flexibly adjusted according to the rail length. This workstation is suitable for welding, cutting, grinding of steel structure beams, steel columns, equipment platform beams, equipment supports, box columns, and plate units with a width of less than 1.2 meters in bridges and ships. It can also be combined in two sets along the length direction to weld longer workpieces, or two sets can be combined oppositely to weld workpieces with a width not exceeding 2.4 meters.
